RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
User Experience Design
- •Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- •Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
- •Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- •Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and user needs
- •Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Visual Design & Brand
- •Create compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines
- •Design high-fidelity mockups and production-ready assets
- •Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- •Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
- •Push creative boundaries while maintaining usability
Collaboration & Implementation
- •Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- •Provide detailed design specifications and asset handoffs
- •Participate in agile sprints and design reviews
- •Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets
- •Mentor junior designers and share design best practices
Strategic Design Thinking
- •Translate business objectives into design solutions
- •Balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals
- •Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with design trends
- •Measure and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- •Contribute to design strategy and creative direction
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- •5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process and visual design excellence
- •Expert proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool)
- •Experience with design systems and component-based design
- •Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
- •Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
- •Experience working in agile/scrum environments
Technical Knowledge
- •Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Principle, or similar)
- •Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development constraints
- •Experience with design handoff tools and version control
- •Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- •Knowledge of animation and micro-interaction design
- •Experience with user testing tools and methodologies
Nice to Have
- •Experience in B2B or enterprise software design
- •Motion design or video editing skills
- •Experience with brand identity and marketing design
- •Background in field services or similar industries
- •Illustration or icon design skills
- •Experience with design ops and process optimization

$100,000 - $130,000 based on experience
